Renters Advocacy Group: Ensuring Fair Housing Practices The Renters Advocacy Group within the Central Etobicoke Community Action Network is committed to addressing the concerns and advocating for the rights of tenants and renters in our community.  Our primary goal is to create a supportive and fair housing environment, ensuring that everyone has access to safe, affordable, and dignified housing.                Addressing Housing Concerns: Provide a platform for tenants and renters to voice their concerns related to housing, including affordability, maintenance, and landlord-tenant relationships. Our primary goal is to create a collaborative space where schools, parents/caregivers, and the wider community work together to ensure the best possible educational experience for our children. Establishing Partnerships: Forge strong partnerships with local schools and their School Councils to create a network for open communication and collaboration. Our primary goal is to identify and address road safety concerns within Ward 2 and Ward 3; working collaboratively with local authorities, residents, and experts to implement effective measures that enhance the overall safety of pedestrians, cyclists, transit users and motorists. Traffic Analysis and Assessment: Conduct a thorough analysis of traffic patterns, accident data, and high-risk areas within Central Etobicoke. Collaborate with local authorities to assess intersections, road layouts, and traffic flow for potential safety improvements. Utilize data and research to inform decision-making processes, identify
